Commit Robbery FB will not be issuing any refunds due to or change of mind after receiving the product. 

In the situation of an issue with a product (That must still be new & un-tampered with) please contact us @ CommitRobbery@gmail.com with proof that it was caused during shipping(photo of packaging i.e.). or in special circumstances (custom work) that does not meet the specified request (also must be un-used).

Your choice of a full refund of the product in question or a replacement of similar standard to the original product will be issued once a claim has been made for a refund with the shipping company. Every item must be returned at the buyers expense before a full refund of the item cost will be issued. 

Customer information is only stored in Shopify to reduce risk of stolen information, CRFB takes multiple precautions to protect your sensitive data and has a 100% guarantee information will never be sold.

Upon purchase you should receive a confirmation email; upon generation of tracking number another automated message will notify you once the order has been shipped (Usually 1-3 Days of Handling time depending on the day) 

-All orders are sent via Auspost & (Sendle - canada only)

-Domestic shipping prices start at $8.50

-International order pricing starts @ £7.49, $9.68USD, €11.47 - These are rough estimates based of a 250gram satchel, anything larger in scale and weight will cost more.

-All orders will be wrapped carefully for shipping.

-All shipping rates are calculated via weight & dimensions of the item/s.

-All (Domestic) orders are protected up to $100 in damages for free, if you wish to have more protection you will have to pay an additional fee - Contact CommitRobbery@gmail.com to confirm the fee amount prior to purchase.
